Dododreams

I’ve just found a lovely advertising site which has small films of some of the CGI ads they have created. There are a bunch of very interesting and differing styles; I would like to call your attention to one in particular that I find quite beautiful.

(I downloaded the actual movie and tried to re-upload it to post it here but the size made my host site choke, thus the outside linkage.)

Here’s what you need to do:

Click the link at the bottom of this page NO NOT NOW, READ THE REST OF THE STEPS FIRST! heh.

Ignore the Stones’ song and do this instead:

On the left side is a bluish scroll bar; scroll down until you see the paritcular frame as shown by this white arrow (which will not appear on the actual site, of course):

Then click and watch the movie. Isn’t it pretty? I’d like to do a Night Gallery sort of thing and step into that place. I so regret being just a touch too old to have considered making computer illustration / animation a possible career choice.
