The script is about right. I do like the Sam Elliott part in it. I just finished with the 1st book. I did not find Lyra to be either spoiled overly or selfish- she just seemed like a typical child/preteen. it was an OK book, just OK, rather like Aragon (a story that is almost an exact copy of Star Wars). Hey, now there is a film to have edited by The Editing Room. Now, that would be funny also! (PS The daemons and polar bears were really neat in the film.) Very funny link. The script is about right.
