This reminds me of when my older daughter couldn’t conceive of the idea that there were only four channels on TV when I was a child (NBC, ABC, CBS and PBS.) “You coulda watched movies!” she said. No, except for at the movie theater, I told her. No VCRs either. She was speechless at the sad state of my youth.
Ha! “Give it a second! It’s going into space!” I’m using a version of that line on my younger daughter next time she whines and pouts about the internet not instantly responding when she hits an enter key.
